Once you're cleaned of all three, return to the railroad before 3:00 PM (and with the Skull Key in your wallet) to trigger the first scene. Then go to Clint's house for the second event.Usually I wouldn't care but the boulder quest is a requirement for some late game stuff that I do happen to care about, and I have no idea what to do about this.
